Vegan Junk Food Bar Rotterdam first opened its doors at Schiedamse Vest 144 in July 2019, leaving a bold splash of color on the city’s food scene. From day one, our mission was simple: prove that vegan cuisine could be playful, mouthwatering, and bursting with personality—no compromises needed. The Rotterdam branch became known for its neon-lit vibe, creative burgers, and packed tables that welcomed everyone from devoted vegans to the simply curious. Driven by the wider VJFB mission, our team took pride in making plant-based food feel accessible and fun while championing sustainability and animal welfare. Every dish was crafted with the belief that comfort food can be both indulgent and planet-friendly. Although our Rotterdam chapter ended in April 2025, we’re proud to have brought the #vegantakeover spirit to the heart of the city and to be part of VJFB’s ever-growing story.
